The inside of this mug is decorated with a white glaze coating for easy cleaning, and the outer mug walls are a mix of glaze and raw natural clay treated with Liquid Quartz to protect from any staining that comes from using your favorite mug. Water beads right off the outside without sinking in, but preserves the raw clay feel.
This hand crafted mug is great for coffee fans or tea lovers. Makes a great gift for a friend, work gift, or a present for yourself.
A “seconds” item is a piece with a slight imperfection (holes in glaze, drips, or mistakes to a design - etc). The item is still perfectly functional and safe to use!

Approximately 3” tall x 3” wide.
Each piece is hand thrown on my potter's wheel, glazed in lead-free glaze, and fired in my kiln. Please note that due to the handmade nature of the pieces, there will likely be slight variations from piece to piece.
Woman owned, made in Portland, OR. Food safe. Microwave safe. Can be put in the dishwasher but hand washing is strongly preferred. The mineral oil (food grade) can be reapplied and wiped off periodically to prevent staining.
