A “seconds” item is a piece with a slight imperfection (holes in glaze, drips, or mistakes to a design - etc). The item is still perfectly functional and safe to use! This piece is marked seconds due to slight marks from the tongs - can be seen in video and photos. Quite minor!
Each pottery mug is hand thrown on my potter's wheel, glazed in lead-free glaze, and fired in my kiln. Please note that due to the handmade nature of the pieces, there will likely be slight variations from piece to piece.
